Our founder and CEO, Ms. Huynh Thu Huong, is an experienced business and HR leader with a track record of success. She is a former Managing Director of Towers Watson Vietnam and Strategy and Development Director of Willis Towers Watson Vietnam. In 2013, she designed Vietnam’s HR Academy Program and organized Vietnam’s first Human Resource Professional of the Year Award. Currently, she serves as a mentor on the Mentor Panel under Singapore Professional Conversion Program and is the International Judge of Myanmar Employer Awards for the years 2017-2019.

Ms. Huynh Thu Huong’s advisory and facilitation approach is based on diversified and in-depth experience, real-time insights and data, HR best practices, and latest industry research. She holds an MBA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is a Beta Gamma Sigma member with an outstanding academic record. She has also played the role of an Advisory Board Member of Shidler Business MBA and HR MBA Programs in Vietnam, University of Hawaii at Manoa.
